Relion is proud to announce a new technical integration with FractalEV. Thanks to Fractal’s newly launched API, operators using FractalEV chargers will be able to gain access to expanded diagnostics through Relion’s O&M platform.
While OCPP provides essential charger connectivity and event data, which Relion leverages to the fullest, the FractalEV API offers deeper, complementary insights that significantly enhance diagnostics and field service precision.

Here’s what operators will be able to do through Relion’s O&M platform:
- Troubleshoot complex issues faster by combining OCPP connectivity statuses with FractalEV’s granular network data
- Access Wi-Fi signal strength, run SSID, channel scans, and see available cellular operators, directly from the charger
- Retrieve structured, consistent historical event logs, even from chargers that were offline at the time of failure
